Natalia Duncan Macker has been working in development and leadership positions in the nonprofit and public sectors for over 15 years – including 12 years with Firefly Fundraising – and she has first-hand expertise in public funding, nonprofit arts, and the complexities of community needs and solutions.

In addition to her work with Firefly, Natalia currently serves as a member of the Board of County Commissioners in Teton County, Wyoming, and serves on the Wyoming Community College Commission and Wyoming Council for Women. She is also the Producing Artistic Director of Off Square Theatre Company in Jackson Hole, where her accomplishments include launching Thin Air Shakespeare, a free, annual, family-friendly, outdoor summer theater festival that is now one of the highest-impact arts programs in its region. Finally, Natalia works as a producer for the screen and stage with Firefly Fundraising’s sister company, Firefly Theater & Films, where she has been a producer on all projects since 2006.

Natalia is a graduate of Yale University. She resides in Wyoming with her husband and three sons.
